The Broad Brood!!

In February I had the pleasure of photographing the fab bunch that is the Broad Family. The family met me in Eton Wick and we had a few giggles and some fun. Mum Clare, as any mother is, was conscious that her girls Emma and Lauren, were growing up rather quickly and felt she had been putting off a family portrait session for far too long. Having convinced husband Alan as well, I was very much looking forward to photographing the couple and their extremely excited girls.

As with all my portrait sessions, I like to take the time to talk to the family about what to expect so that they feel comfortable with me. It can sometimes be daunting to step in front of the camera (I should know as I’m a little camera shy myself!!) so I feel it is important to make my clients feel at ease and be aware that I am there to capture the very best of them with their loved ones.

Alike so many before them, the family soon relaxed into their roles as models and I’m really pleased with the results. Take a look for yourselves and feel free to leave a comment!
